FEATURES
Capping Machine for caps .
This machine is suitable to apply pre-threaded capsule on th eplastic bottles at the maximun speed of 2500/54.000 BPH (depend how many heads).
The caps feeder is mounted baside the machine.Caps will have the same orientation.
All the parts mounted on the base which could come in contact with the product are made of Stainless Steel AISI 304.
Capping head with gripper and spring adjustable. The machine is powered by a gear motor that is driven by a Inverter.
The vertical motion of the capping heads is due toa dual track cam. Tha cam drives the caps chuck.
Capping head rotary and vertical drive assembly can be easily replaced.
The machine is equiped with N 3 capping heads with hysteresis magnet clutch .
The torque is adjustable by means of a scale visualized on each capping head.The torque range goes from 0 to 4 Nm (36in/lb).
The chuck is a mechanical gripper that closes only when there is a dispenser pump inside it.
The transfer of each dispenser pump from the chute to the capping heads is done by a PICK & PLACE device wich inlcudes a transfer
starwheel feeding them one at timeto the capping heads. Container for pump included.
